I am Brad Milligan, a PGA of Canada Class "A" Member. For over 23 years, I served as a Golf Professional at some of the country's finest private clubs. I know the pressure of running a flawless tournament.

More importantly, I know that sinking feeling of handing a member a generic, mass-produced trophy that fails to match the prestige of the moment, or the club.

At Calvary Customs, I bridge the gap between tradition and artistry, by combining my decades of industry experience with precision laser-cutting and woodworking to create heirlooms, not just hardware.

Based in Southern Ontario, I work directly with GMs, Head Pros, and Event Coordinators to craft awards that members, golfers, or staff are proud to display in their homes or hang in their offices, not hide in their garages.

Our Process

From Concept
to the
Closing Ceremony

Step 1: The "Pro-to-Pro" Consultation

We begin with a conversation. Because I speak the language of golf operations, we don't waste time. We discuss your event schedule, your aesthetic, and your budget requirements.

Step 2: Design & Prototyping

I create digital mockups of your awards. We select the wood species and finalize the laser-cut details, incorporating your club crest and specific course details and topography if needed.

Step 3: Craftsmanship & Delivery

Your order is handcrafted in my Southern Ontario workshop. We schedule production to ensure your trophies arrive safely, anywhere in Canada, well before your award ceremony.

Common Questions

Why do I need to book a production slot for 2026 now?

Unlike mass-production factories, every piece at Calvary Customs is finished by hand. To maintain Class "A" quality, I accept a limited number of club clients per season. Booking now allows us to budget materials and guarantee your delivery dates before the season rushes begin.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. While based in Southern Ontario, we have robust shipping logistics in place to serve courses from British Columbia to the Maritimes.

Can you work within our tournament budget?

Absolutely. Having managed budgets for 23 years, I understand the numbers. We can design pieces that maximize value while respecting your financial parameters.

Do you only make trophies?

No. We also create high-margin retail items for Pro Shops, commemorative gifts for outgoing Presidents/Captains, and custom signage, for example. Inquire about custom projects and orders and we can almost certainly accommodate your needs.
